Payment Policy

Accepted Methods of Payment

Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover)
Check/Money Order

Note: Orders paid by check will not be fulfilled until 10 days after the check has been deposited to ensure the check clears the bank.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.  However, parts that are not stocked by our supplier may take 3-4 weeks or longer to ship.  In these rare cases you will be notified.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
     USPS
     UPS

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on total value of the products in your order. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders 

We do not allow customers to place orders for products that are on back order.  However, because of timing issues there may be rare cases where we cannot fulfill your entire order right away.  In that case, we will ship you the products we can right away.  Then ship the remainder of the order when the products become available.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return an Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your item must be returned within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email info@vintagevolks.com to request a refund and we will assign you a return authorization #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return as well as the return authorization # provided and the original receipt. 

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.  In addition, return shipping is your responsibility and will not be covered by Vintage Volks.

Exchanges

Unused, unopened items in their original packaging may be returned for store credit as long as the item is in resalable condition.  The 20% restocking fee will still be charged on items returned for store credit.

If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping as well as a second shipping charge.
