post some photos and lets see if we can help you figure out if its worth saving or not.  You'd be surprised what can be done with some metal work.  My 65 would have been a goner but I dove in and took care of it.

Today was a hot day, But I got the body off. I will post pictures, when I cool down. I really dont know if the body can be save. I hope so.

here are some pictures of the other day. Im hoping this weekend I can get the body some what off. Then my plan is to buy floor pans, maybe a welder since I dont have one. get the new ones installed.

Besides, bottom plates aren't hard.  Roll the car up on it's side and drill a few (OK a few hundred) spot welds.  Then you can see exactly what you are dealing with.  If nothing else, you can coat the inside of the channels with Rust Bullet or POR-15.

:)  I just know what is inside those channels when all the bolts all brake.  They don't brake cause they are clean and rust free.
