I am currently restoring jacks. It is a slow process but i will find the time to finish them. I can't wait to display mine with my car and then maybe sale some to go with other cars. I believe a nice looking jack boosts originality.

Well I figured out that these tires may not be original dealer options because the were made in east Germany and VWs were made in west Germany, bummer. I have no idea what they are but they are old and have big tread.

Hey Noah, if the sticker is NOS, you might think twice about typing on it....At least take a poll on whether you should or shouldnt. Just a thought.

I found the original dealer option snow tires when i went to a local vw junkyard in tennessee. They were still in pretty good condition for their age. I need to restore the wheel though.

I just bought many things for my display for the shows like a NOS never used window sticker that I will have to fill out with a type writer. I also bought some ads, an accessories brochure, a colors brochure, some postcards from the dealer, a price catalog for all vw parts, a NOS battery tested car that the dealer hung on your mirror, some NOS service cards, some brochures and technical data that went with your owners manual, and some more brochures from the dealer from 1972. I can't wait till it all gets here. I'll be sure to post pics as soon as I am able to.

I own a 1972 Superbeetle that I am returning to original condition and it is almost there. I enjoy working on it, showing it, and finding original parts for it that I didn't know I needed. Just a little background on me.
